Refund policy
The Autonomous Agent Ops Kit is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase, but we still offer a straightforward refund window.
14-day window
If you're not happy with the kit for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount. Because the download is a zip file rather than a hosted service, we don't require you to prove you deleted it — we just ask that you don't continue building on it commercially after a refund.
How to request one
Reach out via our GitHub organization with the email you purchased under and, if you have it, your Stripe checkout session or receipt id. We aim to process refunds within a few business days.
Test-mode purchases
While checkout runs in Stripe TEST mode, no real charge occurs, so there is nothing to refund — this policy describes how refunds will work once live payments are enabled.
